McCormick & Company is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Director - Global Supply Chain Sustainability. In this role, you will be a leader in driving our supply chain sustainability strategies and initiatives to create a positive impact across the global business. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong background in sustainability, supply chain, and/or corporate social responsibility, and the ability to develop and implement creative solutions to support our sustainability goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the global sustainability landscape and must possess the following **
• Bachelors degree in sustainability, international business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain sustainability, corporate social responsibility, or related field
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing supply chain sustainability projects
• Strong knowledge of sustainability standards, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sustainability strategies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
