Director - Strategic Finance - Energy Infrastructure

Madison Hunt is seeking a Director of Strategic Finance for their energy infrastructure division in New York, NY. The role involves leading complex deal structures, client negotiations, and advising on decarbonization solutions. Candidates should have 5-7 years of finance experience, particularly in energy infrastructure, along with advanced financial modeling skills and a track record in closing transactions. Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably from investment banking, energy infrastructure investing, or relevant corporate experiences
• Experience with tax equity, debt financing, and equipment leasing structures
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including VBA proficiency
• Proven track record closing complex transactions in the energy sector
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication abilities
