Director - Finance (Interim)

We are looking for a Director - Finance to join our Finance team on an interim basis.

Within the Finance team, we are business advisors. We use data to help our internal stakeholders understand their financial needs, ensuring up-to-date and reliable information to enable decision-making towards our business objectives while granting smooth and compliant functioning of the finance operations.

You are able to write effectively and display significant analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail and quality.

As a Director - Finance, you will play a crucial role in the company. Reporting to our CFO, you will be responsible for Finance oversight at Clarity AI.

Way of Working: Remote / Hybrid

Key Responsibilities
• Experienced in Team Coordination
• Coordinate with the FP&A manager on monthly financial performance and Budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Prepare financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
• Cash management
• Identify and assess financial risks
• Compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
• Lead and manage the finance team
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the organization's tax position

Requirements
• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance;
• Netsuite (Oracle) experience is a must-have;
• Relevant international experience, working with multiple jurisdictions;
• 10+ years’ experience in finance (Big4 + International SaaS companies, Start-up or tech company experience);
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (Minimum C1 level-proficient user);
• Highly motivated and passionate about sustainability, technology and artificial intelligence;
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills who can succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
