ATX Solar, a leading solar energy company based in Texas, is seeking a passionate and motivated Direct Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through direct sales efforts and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct business development activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Utilize leadership skills to effectively manage sales processes and achieve sales targets. - Engage in technology sales by promoting solar energy solutions to potential customers.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly. - Perform outside sales activities, including door-to-door canvassing and direct marketing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales pipeline efficiently and follow up on leads promptly.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a direct sales or outside sales role.
• Strong ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the solar energy industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
• Proven and vocal leader, with experience leading from the front
• Competitive, refuse-to-lose mindset is a must

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Base salary of $50K, and income potential up to $250,000.
