Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Digital Performance Analyst for its Energy Digital Platforms team in Austin, TX. The role involves analyzing digital performance data, developing KPIs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and improving user experience. Conduct in-depth analysis of digital performance data for energy products and services, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision making.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital platforms, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Utilize tools and techniques such as A/B testing, user testing, and data visualization to improve user experience and drive conversions.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital analytics, making recommendations for new tools, technologies, and strategies.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to inform business decisions.
Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of digital performance data.
Collaborate with data engineering and business intelligence teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Act as a subject matter expert on digital analytics, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders across the organization.
