About the Role

We are looking for an experienced instructional designer who can create engaging and interactive learning experiences for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital learning platforms and be able to utilize various tools and technologies to deliver high-quality learning content.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop immersive learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate and enhance learning content quality.
• Utilize various platforms and tools (e.g., Articulate 360) for skill-based content development.
• Work closely with clients to understand their learning needs and preferences.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing learning content in a corporate environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite applications and tools.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360 suite applications and tools.
• Ability to manage learning content through a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Strong visual design skills for high-quality learning content.
• Effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
