About the position

Responsibilities
• Coordinate college-level advancement activities and provide administrative support.

• Assist in strategy development and stewardship activities for donors and partners.

• Maintain effective communication and teamwork within the department and with external stakeholders.

• Handle sensitive interpersonal situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

• Support the Senior Director of Development in various tasks as needed.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Typing speed of 45 wpm or more.

• Five years of general office support or technical experience, with vocational training or college education substituting for part of the experience.

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in a higher education environment.
