Work You'll Do
As an Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

Sustainability, Climate and Equity Analyst
This Analyst is responsible for developing and executing organization-wide strategies that empower business units to excel in their respective markets. This role shapes organic growth agendas, influences market positioning, and architects' inorganic enterprise growth through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The Analyst leads workforce strategies, portfolio rebalancing, and enterprise transformation initiatives to ensure long-term competitiveness and resilience. By integrating strategic vision with deep sustainability expertise, the Analyst enables organizations to achieve transformative growth, meet climate and sustainability objectives, and thrive in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Provides specialized support in areas including but not limited to climate risk and adaptation, natural resource management, urban resilience, sustainable supply chain, renewable energy, and decarbonization strategy.
Majors: Energy Policy, Environmental Sciences/Studies, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability

Required Qualifications
• Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study:
• Energy Policy, Environmental Sciences/Studies, Environmental Engineering, Sustainability
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must live within a commutable distance to your assigned office (e.g. 100-mile radius) with the ability to commute daily, if required, upon start date
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $87,000.
