We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as our Policy Director for Sustainable Energy. This role will require you to bring your expertise in clean energy policy and regulatory processes to drive progress towards a decarbonized economy.

As our Policy Director for Sustainable Energy, you will:
• LEAD ELM'S WORK TO ENSURE THAT OUR MODERN, DECABONIZED, RESILIENT GRID IS EQUITABLY PLANNED, BUILT, AND FINANCED IN WAYS THAT REDUCE ENERGY BURDENS AND BENEFIT COMMUNITIES
• PROVIDE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE AND POLICY GUIDANCE ON SOLAR, ENERGY STORAGE, GRID-EDGE TECHNOLOGIES, CLEAN ENERGY SITING AND PERMITTING, AND RELATED REGULATORY PROCESSES SUCH AS INTERCONNECTION, GRID MODERNIZATION, AND DISTRIBUTION AND TRANSMISSION PLANNING
