Deal Structuring and Proposal Operations Associate

Redaptive is seeking a Deal Structuring and Proposal Operations Associate in Denver, CO. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to structure project transactions from proposal to closing. The position is internal-facing and aims to enhance Redaptive's profitability. It requires a motivated finance professional and is a full-time job without a degree requirement.
Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative project finance professional to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. This is a highly visible role that requires significant cross-functional collaboration with Redaptive’s Sales, Program Development, Finance, and Legal teams to financially structure Redaptive’s project transactions from initial proposal development through underwriting, funding, contracting, and closing.

The Deal Structuring and Proposal Operations Associate will directly contribute to Redaptive’s top and bottom lines by successfully structuring deals to close while managing Redaptive’s profitability. This role is primarily internal facing and will report to the Proposal Operations Lead.
