Data Science Leader

Webster Bank is seeking a Data Science Leader in Stamford, CT. Candidates should have a strong background in banking operations, experience with AI/ML solutions in financial services, and knowledge of data science and advanced analytics. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields is required, along with 5+ years in automation design and 3+ years with AI/ML solutions. The position is full-time.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in banking operations, experience working with AI/ML-driven solutions for financial services, and a solid understanding of data science and advanced analytics.

You will also need to be familiar with software engineering and DevOps principles, including knowledge of DevOps workflows and tools. Additionally, you should have experience working in a banking/financial services environment and knowledge of Data science and advanced analytics, including hands-on experience of advanced analytics tools.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in automation design and implementation
• 3+ years working with AI/ML-driven solutions for financial services
• Familiarity with Software engineering and DevOps principles
