The Data Analytics Manager role is a critical position that supports the city's Innovation Team in leveraging quantitative data and methods to address complex issues at the intersection of climate and racial equity.

This individual will lead the development and implementation of strategies for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, including creating new data when necessary. They will also employ diverse quantitative methodologies and software packages to drive informed decision-making.

• Develop and implement strategies for using quantitative data to understand complex issues.
• Shape approaches for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, including creating new data when necessary.
• Employ diverse quantitative methodologies and software packages.
• Invent and iterate novel solutions to challenging data-related problems.
• Create and manage project plans for quantitative data components.
• Develop and manage partnerships and collaborations with data providers and stakeholders.
• Champion the use of quantitative data to drive decisions throughout the i-team's work.
• Produce compelling and intuitive data visualizations.
• Communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences.
