Citizens Climate Lobby seeks volunteers in Rising Sun, MD to address climate change through community education and engagement with Congress. Activities include educating the public, meeting with lawmakers, and hosting events. The role offers options for independent or virtual work, with more than 450 local chapters nationwide. Weekly informational sessions are available for interested candidates.

Your activities might include:
Educating the community about global warming and legislative solutions Meeting with congressional leaders Writing letters to the editor Hosting film screenings and panel conversations Meeting with local media
