NY Energy is seeking a Door to Door Solar Sales Manager to lead a team in Long Island, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and customer service background and be able to accurately identify customer needs and present efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with potential customers to increase sales
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to manage contacts and follow up on leads
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
• Provide customers with accurate estimates and quotes on solar systems
• Answer customer questions, concerns, and provide technical advice

Requirements:
• Must live on Long Island
• Must have reliable transportation
• Proven sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and stay current with industry trends
• Working knowledge of solar systems and technologies

$5,000 New Hire Bonus + 8 Weeks of Training pay!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
