Job Role: Cycle Service Technician

Pay Rate:
• £11.84 per hour for those aged 21 and over
• £9.00 per hour for under 21s

Do you have a strong interest in cycling? While having technical skills is important, your passion for bikes and your ability to engage with customers are what will make you excel in this role. You will be responsible for providing top-notch cycle servicing and repairs, working with children's, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes to impress our customers.

You will be executing most of the service and repair tasks yourself, while also guiding your team members to develop their skills. Your problem-solving abilities, speed, and efficiency will help customers discover and care for their ideal bike. Your focus on delivering quality must align with our high standards.
While experience in retail or cycling services is desirable, if you possess practical abilities and a history of excellent customer service, we can offer the training you need to succeed.
