We are now looking for our first Customer Success Associate to join at a key point of growth of our SaaS platform for climate & nature risk, CERO. CERO empowers impact investors, banks, and development finance institutions to assess and mitigate climate-related financial risks, providing insights to inform investment due diligence and strategic decision making.

What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from CERO, helping them successfully onboard and use our platform while providing exceptional customer support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and passionate about driving positive impact through climate technology. You’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, Marketing and Advisory teams, contributing to the overall success and retention of our customer base.
