Sakhona Tech is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Electric Bikes in Randburg, South Africa. About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Sakhona Tech. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and growing our brand through strategic B2B planning and providing dealers and end-users with excellent service, support, and advice.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Providing customers with excellent e-bike systems service, sales, solutions & reliable support nationwide.
• Building new and improving existing business relationships by researching and executing plans to grow sustainable business and sales nationwide.
• Providing expert technical advice, insight, and resolving technical or software issues.
• Responding to end-consumer calls for technical and general product support, fault diagnosis & repair solutions, spares, actioning warranty cases per company guidelines and processing returns.
• Promoting the brand, achieving business and sales targets.
• Providing technical support for the dealer by telephone and email in a confident, friendly manner. Documenting cases in a diagnostic tool.
• Organizing and conducting regional training.
• Initiating and implementing regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
• Monitoring and analyzing the market and competitive situation to derive new product ideas and market opportunities, systems updates & business development.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
• South African Citizen, valid I.D.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years successful external sales experience, preferably within the Bicycle Industry.
• Min.: N5/matric. N6 (preferable)
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Digital marketing knowledge (advantageous)
• Confident and well-spoken: Excellent verbal written and online communication skills.
• Knowledge of the bicycle industry.
• Sound understanding of:- Seasonal forecasting and reporting - Bicycle parts and accessories.
• Customer service skills.
• Innovative, self-starter.
• Travel nationwide, attend shows, build brand loyalty, customer centric.
• Keeps updated with technical info, updates & industry trends. Implements action. Fast learner.
