Overview
D&M Transportation is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will need knowledge if invoicing, filing, spread sheet management and basic Quick Books knowledge, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires a proactive approach to customer interactions, both inbound and outbound.
Shift will be Monday thru Friday
Starting pay will be $22.00 per hour
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
• Document customer interactions in our computerized system for tracking purposes.
• Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while engaging with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Stay informed about company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or customer support is needed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and tracking.
• Must have experience in invoicing
• Mush have experience with spread sheets
• Must have basic knowledge of Quick Books
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are required.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer satisfaction is essential.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 8.00 per week
