THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Centre Officer based in Canning Vale. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Customer Service Centre team - reporting to the Customer Service Centre Manager.

This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company.

Responsibilities
• Telephone customer service and sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Keying of orders
• Liaison with manufacturing, retail and despatch teams
• Regular communication and interaction with store managers

About You
• Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong customer focus with an eye for detail and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Previous experience in a busy Call Centre would be very favourably looked upon
• Flexibility to work alternate weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) which will include weekend loadings/penalty rates
