Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Instructional Leaders to join our team. As an Instructional Leader at NatureNurture, you will ensure the holistic implementation of the NatureNurture learning program in classrooms. You will play a key role in supporting teachers, enhancing instructional practices, and driving student success through effective curriculum implementation.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
Curriculum Implementation:
• Ensure the NatureNurture curriculum is implemented effectively and holistically in classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate curriculum content seamlessly into their teaching practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation process, providing support and guidance to address challenges.
Teacher Support and Development:
• Provide ongoing professional development and training for teachers to enhance their instructional skills.
• Conduct regular classroom observations and offer constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
• Facilitate workshops, seminars, and collaborative sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Instructional Quality:
• Lead efforts to maintain high standards of instructional quality and student engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve classroom management, lesson delivery, and student assessment.
• Encourage the use of innovative teaching methodologies and technology-enhanced learning.
Student Performance and Assessment:
• Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student learning outcomes and progress.
• Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and inform instructional decisions.
• Support teachers in using assessment data to tailor instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Represent NatureNurture in various educational forums, workshops, and community events.
Program Evaluation and Improvement:
• Conduct regular evaluations of the NatureNurture learning program to assess its effectiveness and impact.
• Collect and analyze feedback from teachers, students, and parents to inform program improvements.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the curriculum and instructional strategies based on evaluation findings.
Resource Management:
• Ensure that teachers have access to the necessary resources and materials for effective curriculum implementation.
• Coordinate with the logistics and support teams to address any resource-related challenges.
• Advocate for and secure additional resources as needed to support instructional goals.
Innovation and Best Practices:
• Stay updated with the latest educational research, trends, and best practices.
• Encourage a culture of innovation and experimentation within the instructional team.
• Share insights and new learning with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Leadership, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in instructional leadership, teacher training, and curriculum implementation.
• Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum design and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teachers and students.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for education management and delivery.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
