Curriculum Developer, Sales

Lucid Motors is seeking a Curriculum Developer for their Newark, CA location. The role involves assisting in the creation of learning curriculums, instructional strategies, and training materials. Candidates should have a BA/BS in instructional design or a related field, with over 6 years of experience. A strong understanding of adult learning theory and proficiency in Articulate 360 is required. This is a full-time position and not remote.

The Role
• Assist a team of instructional designers by producing quality learning curriculums to support content such as: user guides, job aids, online training, assessments, videos, course descriptions and more
• Design and develop instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements
• Develop learning objectives and test methods to support training materials
• Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans
• Collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager, Training Program Managers, and Field Training Manager on curriculum designQualifications
• BA/BS instructional design/ education related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years’ experience in instructional design and curriculum support
• Deep understanding of the adult learning theory
• Experience with Articulate 360
• Proven expertise identifying the right style and level of content for various audiences
• Possess a track record of creating compelling, innovative, and comprehensive hands-on self-study or expert-led learning experiences
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to align identified tasks and skills to learning objectives
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment
