Cadeler is seeking a Crewing Logistics Coordinator for the offshore wind industry in Great Yarmouth, UK. The role involves scheduling vessel crews, coordinating travel arrangements, supporting HR processes, and maintaining personnel records. Candidates should have 4+ years of office experience, preferably in maritime, strong communication skills, and an analytical mindset. What will you do?
As our new Crewing Logistics Coordinator, you will be in charge of effectively allocating vessel crews and supporting various initiatives for our colleagues offshore. You will support the implementation of policies and procedures as well as coordinate training courses while supporting the development of systems in this realm, for both colleagues on and offshore.
Your main tasks include:
• Coordinate the scheduling of vessel crews via electronic rotas so personnel are allocated effectively, ensuring manning requirements are met.
• Coordinate the booking of flights, rail tickets, hire cars and hotels for both vessel crew changes and training courses.
• Assist the HR/ Head of Marine HR with the induction and initial documentation for offshore crew.
• Support the implementation of recruitment campaigns to source personnel to fill offshore crewing requirements.
• Advise and support project and department manager’s resourcing needs.
• Input data into the HR database and create reports to be analysed by the HR/ Crewing Manager.
• Maintain all relevant personnel files and training filing system.
• Assisting with offshore wages, ensuring they are correct and sent for process of payment.

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual who is self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and take pride in delivering tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
We think you will be a good match if you:
• 4+ years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in the maritime space
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Danish (written and spoken)
• Organised, structured and able to handle multiple priorities
• Prior knowledge of Compas is an advantage
