Role Overview
We’re seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer for a 15-month contract to support and elevate our creative output across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for an experienced, self-directed designer who can quickly ramp up, collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll play a key hands‑on role in executing design projects while contributing strategic thinking and creative leadership as needed throughout the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality creative assets for digital, print, social media, web, and marketing campaigns
• Design eye‑catching social media posts
• Designing sales, marketing, and HR materials (sell sheets, PowerPoint presentations, signage, recruiting, and trade show assets)
• Creating monthly internal news update video and posting to XIBO
• Logo and branding design
• Approving Greenlid‑branded packaging files with each order
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with minimal oversight
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other stakeholders to support ongoing initiatives
• Ability to work with several different brands and stay true to each of their individual brand guidelines and voice.
• Prepare files for production and work with vendors as needed
• Quickly adapt to feedback and evolving priorities
Required Qualifications
• 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience (in‑house, agency, or contract)
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand work, campaigns, layout, and typography
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of digital and print production best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into an existing team
• Flexibility and ability to multitask and pivot based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting marketing or brand teams
• Motion graphics or basic animation experience (After Effects, etc.)
• Web design skills (familiarity with WIX)
• Previous experience in fast‑paced environments
Location
This role will involve being on‑site in our corporate office in Shelburne, a minimum of 2 days/week.
