Job Description
The Fix Creative Ltd is seeking a Creative Account Manager in the automotive and green technology sectors. This remote position, based in the UK, requires at least 3 years of agency experience. The role involves managing client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and supporting sustainability initiatives. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers with strong organizational and communication skills, eager to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative team environment.

As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in steering client success at a time when sustainable practices are essential. Our clients are leaders in green tech and automotive innovation, aiming to transform transport and logistics.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience managing diverse projects, including digital and trade advertising, social media and content creation, as well as PR and events.

About the Role
As the main point of contact for our green tech and automotive clients, you will cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships focused on collaboration and delivering outstanding service. You will create and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to each client's objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and the latest industry trends.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, and events to drive engagement, generate leads, and boost sales. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality work delivered on time and within budget.
Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance will be essential, as you provide insightful recommendations for optimization and areas for continuous improvement. Staying current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes will enable you to identify new growth and innovation opportunities for your clients.
