Responsibilities
• Manufacture skincare products, including creams, balms, and oils, following established formulations and quality guidelines.
• Maintain an organised and hygienic lab environment, ensuring all production processes run smoothly.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
• Monitor ingredient and packaging stock levels, liaising with the purchasing team to prevent shortages.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate lab equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Keep detailed records of batch production and quality control checks for compliance and traceability.
• Implement and uphold quality assurance standards to guarantee consistency and excellence in all products.

Experience Requirements
• Experience in cosmetic production or professional food preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in following formulas and procedures.
• Interest in skincare and beauty, with an appreciation for high-quality ingredients.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Team player who can also take initiative when working solo.
