Corporate Sustainability Reporting Manager

Position based in Avignon, France or Łódź Poland reporting to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Director

Management and production of internal & external reporting:
• Manage, develop, and write Sustainability-related reports, in line with current standards (GRI, SASB, and TCFD, and any other information standard deemed a priority by McCormick): collaborate with the entire organization to collect data.
• Manage the publication of our external reports, from data collection to report preparation which includes our Purpose-Led-Performance report and questionnaires and conduct comparative analysis of McCormick report performance
• Responsible for reporting procedures to enable an efficient and timely data collection process and the completion of an annual audit.

Performance Analysis :
• Conduct data gaps analysis based on our current disclosures to be compliant with ESG Standard framework and incoming regulations
• Prepare comparisons with peer groups based on our performance and/or current standards and compare the most effective methods.

Workiva Management :
• Manage the platform for all Sustainability-related reporting data and metrics for McCormick, including administrative oversight, training of new users, and identification and implementation of continuous improvements.
• Ensure data reliability in systems from data structure to compliance with ESG Standards frameworks and regulations
• Identify areas of improvement and implement remediation plan for our data collection
• Manage the accuracy of data on our Sustainability platform for the data collection process.
• Develop and write procedures for data collection for each internal & external questionnaire.

Monitoring and implementation of new regulatory standards in ESG reporting
• Work closely with the corporate sustainability Reporting Director and Controller on managing new regulations such as CSRD (ESRS), EU Taxonomy,
• Implement these new regulations globally on our platform.
• Communicate new regulations to various partners.

DESIRED PROFILE:
• Master's degree in Finance, Audit, ESG / Sustainability Management.
• Organized: You know how to anticipate and manage deadlines, and you have strong analytical skills.
• Project / Program management skills to drive processes improvement in data gathering
• Strong interest in an evolving area to be able to adapt and develop new matters / process changes
• Proactive: You take initiatives and are a driving force for proposals.
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team to move a project forward.
• Autonomous: You have excellent written and oral communication skills. You also have a very good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint... hold no secrets for you.
