Corporate Sustainability Manager

Movement Search is seeking a Corporate Sustainability Manager in Fayetteville, AR, to lead the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team. Candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, five years in safety program administration, and two years in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• About the Role

Movement Search is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Director to lead our EHS team. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS policies, procedures, and programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Leads the development, implementation, and administration of environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provides guidance on local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules.
• Coordinates and leads the safety committee and emergency response team.
• Conducts accident investigations and issues preventive and corrective actions for all reportable incidents.
• Ensures all state and federal reporting requirements are met including hazardous waste, Toxic Release Inventory, and water and air quality.
• Requirements*
• Associates Degree in general studies or related field; combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Five years of experience with responsibility administering safety programs and technical training.
• Two years of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, e.g., ISO.
• Proficient understanding of federal, state, and local safety rules and recordkeeping requirements.
