Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager in Rome, Italy. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Social Responsibility Manager to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a leader in the luxury retail industry, we take pride in our commitment to social and environmental responsibility. This position requires an individual with experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability initiatives, and a passion for making a difference in the world.The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. The Corporate Social Responsibility Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our global corporate responsibility strategy, and will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of our sustainability goals with the company's overall mission and values. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Communications, Sustainability, or a related field• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate social responsibility and sustainability• Proven track record of successful management of corporate responsibility initiatives• Strong understanding of sustainability principles• Exceptional organizational and communication skills• Ability to work with diverse global teams• Proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
