Corporate Responsibility Manager

EcoProfessions is seeking a Corporate Responsibility Manager based in Dubai. As a Corporate Responsibility Manager based in Dubai for our confidential multinational corporation, you will lead efforts to integrate corporate social responsibility (CSR) into our business operations. Your role will focus on managing CSR programs, promoting ethical practices, and driving positive social and environmental impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• CSR Strategy: Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives that align with corporate values and objectives.
• Program Management: Oversee CSR programs related to community engagement, environmental stewardship, and ethical practices.
• Impact Assessment: Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives, using performance metrics and feedback.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that CSR activities meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community partners and non-governmental organizations.
• Communication: Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on CSR activities and achievements to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Employee Engagement: Create and manage programs to involve employees in CSR activities and enhance corporate culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in managing corporate responsibility or CSR programs within a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of CSR frameworks, ethical practices, and social impact assessment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CSR reporting and management tools.
