Job Description
The EVS Coordinator/SPV at Community Health Systems in Huntsville, AL, is responsible for overseeing department data collection, assisting with personnel evaluations and scheduling, and organizing vendor information. The role includes fielding requests for EVS services, conducting quality inspections, and may involve weekend operations. The EVS Coordinator/SPV oversee gathering and recording of department data. Assist Dpt Mngr with organization of personnel evaluations, scheduling, and other personnel related documentation. Participate in relevant meetings to acquire understanding of ongoing activities, plans, upcoming events, and uses this information as appropriate in support of opportunities/projects. Organize and maintain vendor information, invoices, and other documentations required by facility, state, and other regulatory agencies. The Coordinator/SPV will be assigned to field telephone requests for assistance from departments whom are in need of EVS service. May also be responsible for running weekend operations if a leader is unavailable. Other duties include quality inspections, staff rounding, patient rounding.
