Responsibilities
• Oversee processes and data collection for HFAP as assigned.

• Collect core measures data for the Safety Committee.

• Maintain records and prepare reports related to Safety Committee activities.

• Assist managers in data collection to meet HFAP requirements.

• Store data electronically and maintain filing systems.

• Assist the Safety Manager as needed.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Some higher education preferred.

• Strong computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Ability to operate office equipment such as copy machines and FAX machines.

• General knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance preferred.
