Job Description

Nutrien is seeking a Coordinator, Logistics in Indiana. The role involves managing orders, shipping schedules, and inventory reconciliation. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years of experience in shipping or customer service. Strong organizational and customer service skills are essential. What you will do:
• Act as primary go-to person for your assigned geography.
• Review orders and available inventory.
• Process order changes/cancellations.
• Work with locations on shipping schedules, orders and meeting deadlines.
• Determine the most efficient/economical method of shipping.
• Create shipping paperwork and schedule loads.
• Coordinate returns and reconcile inventory counts.
• Follow established policies, procedures and objectives.
• Model our core value of safety by actively contributing to a safe work environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives.

What you will bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field is required.
• 2 years of previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or customer service is essential.
• Proven capability to effectively use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook tools.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong initiative and adaptable to change.
• Must be able to thrive in a team environment.
• Ability to build relationships with our internal and external customers/partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and able to work under deadline pressure.
• Ability to travel occasionally to external meetings one to two times per year.
• Agricultural background is an asset.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a bonus.
