TasNetworks is seeking a Content Developer for a 9-month contract in Mornington WA, offering a salary starting at $80,688 per annum. Band 3 - base salary from $80,688 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

This is a fantastic contract opportunity to enhance your skills in content development, leveraging your existing knowledge while working closely with trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging learning activities and supporting materials.

In this role, you’ll ensure that all content aligns with compliance and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest quality standards. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for intrastate travel to gather valuable insights, ensuring the development of relevant and effective training materials.

About You

With experience or a keen interest in content development, you will bring an engaging, can-do attitude, along with strong time management skills and a keen eye for detail.

Ideally, you have experience with course development software such as Articulate and at least one LMS platform, as well as a solid understanding of compliance and reporting requirements.

Your effective communication skills and adaptable, approachable style will enable you to build strong relationships with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), field team members, and leaders across the business, ensuring the successful development of high-quality, relevant, and engaging training materials.
