Consulting Professional, Energy Field

The Consulting Professional in the Energy Field at beBee Careers will deliver utility projects, develop plans and budgets, gather requirements, and support program management. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, 1-2 years of experience in utilities or consulting, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Chicago, IL.
As a Consulting Professional, Energy Field, you will be responsible for delivering projects that meet the needs of our utility clients. This includes developing project plans, budgets, and governance structures, as well as gathering business process and technical requirements through workshops with client personnel.

You will work closely with program management offices to identify and resolve risks and issues, execute detailed reporting, and support schedule and critical path activities. You will also contribute to software/solution implementation, systems integration, and business consultant teams.

Key qualifications for this role include:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Business (Master's Degree preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in the utilities industry or with a professional services consulting firm
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working directly on utility projects
• Strong writing, communication, and critical thinking skills
