NAB is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant (Product Owner) in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves leading the Digital Sales initiative backlog to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. As a Product Owner in Personal Banking Digital Sales, you will
• Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Digital Sales initiative backlog (eg Conversion Rate Optimisation, Personalisation, capability enablement) as a critical customer and commercial lever to drive sales outcomes
• Lead the engagement, shaping, sequencing, and approvals of initiatives with relevant product, legal, delivery partners and other key stakeholders to deliver timely and high value customer and commercial uplifts on NAB’s Digital Channels
• Grow and nurture strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders across Digital, Product Domains, Technology and the broader Digital Sales ecosystem to ensure experience and delivery alignment
• Contributing to improvements in our processes, capability, and ways of working, unlocking efficiencies and new opportunities

What you will bring:
• Extensive experience working in a Digital Product Owner role coupled with delivery, business analysis and analytics experience within a Digital Sales domain
• Demonstrated experience in Digital Sales and Analytics with proven expertise using Adobe/Google Analytics, Contentsquare/Hotjar
• Experience working with Adobe Marketing Cloud (or equivalent), specifically Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager (highly desirable)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
• Problem solving skills
• Influencing skills, ability to build cross team/ divisional stakeholder relationships
