Egis Group is hiring a Consultant - Sustainable Finance for its Financial Engineering Department, based in Lincoln, NE, with roles in Riyadh or Doha. About Us

As part of the strategic expansion of its Financial Consulting services and the continued growth of its Financial Engineering Department in the Middle East, Egis is seeking a highly skilled Financial Engineering Consultant to join its teams in Riyadh or Doha.

This role focuses on delivering complex project structuring solutions across multiple sectors, including transportation (road, rail, ports), renewable energy, real estate, and sustainable finance. You will be a key contributor to consulting engagements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact financial strategies.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Financial Structuring:
• Design, develop, and implement robust financial models for infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects.
• Ensure financial models align with client objectives and support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting:
• Perform detailed financial diagnostics, risk assessments, and cash flow analyses for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Prepare professional financial reports and presentations, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to clients.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Support:
• Assist clients in negotiations and stakeholder relations, including concession agreements, PPP frameworks, and DSP structures.
• Support clients in contracting processes and financial monitoring to ensure long-term project success.
• Consulting & Advisory:
• Provide strategic financial advisory and technical assistance to clients on infrastructure and sustainable finance projects.
• Deliver practical insights on project finance, capital structuring, and funding mechanisms.
• Commercial & Business Development:
• Contribute to tender responses and commercial proposals in collaboration with Egis teams.
• Actively support business development efforts, including identifying new project opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

What do we need from you
• Education:
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, with specialisation in Structured Finance, Project Finance, or Corporate Finance.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, financial consulting, or project finance, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors.

Technical Expertise:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• Familiarity with financial software and modelling tools is a plus.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
• Exceptional ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis and solve complex financial challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Communication & Languages:
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
• French language skills are a significant advantage.
• Excellent ability to present complex financial concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
