Construction Site Manager

ACRWORLD is seeking a Construction Site Manager for high-end luxury home projects in Bellevue Hill, NSW. The role involves managing projects valued at around $5 million, overseeing site operations from demolition to completion, and ensuring quality assurance. Candidates should have a Cert III in Carpentry and experience in high-end residential construction. The position offers a salary of A$140,000 to A$160,000 plus super and is a full-time role.
The Company
• High-end luxury home builder, specialising in architecturally new builds and large-scale renovations / extensions.
• Company has been trading for over 15 years.
• Their build locations in Sydney include the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West (Bellevue Hill, Bondi, Glebe, Camperdown etc).

About The Role
• Site Manager / Site Foreman to manage the builders larger-scale projects valued at circa $5m.
• Required to take the project from demolition / excavation through to completion.
• Salary between $140,000 and $160,000 plus super.

Duties
• Site management of trades and quality assurance.
• Reading and interpreting architectural plans.
• Scheduling trades and ordering materials.
• Liaising with the client, architect and project stakeholders as required.
• Site progress reports.
• Site inductions, toolbox talks and site WH&S.

Skills & Experience
• Carpentry trade background - Cert III Carpentry.
• Experience of working on high-end residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with all project stakeholders.
