We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the daily on-site operations of our solar construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Management:
• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, site crews, and equipment operators.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related activities, resolving issues and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Project Execution:
• Oversee construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Monitor and manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maintain efficiency and minimize delays.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate execution.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, inspections, and audits to maintain a zero-incident environment.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction and environmental laws.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify work progress and quality.
• Identify and address potential issues before they impact project timelines or quality.
• Communication & Reporting:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports on site progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors and vendors.
• Equipment & Logistics:
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance and efficient use of all site equipment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in utility-scale solar construction or a similar large-scale infrastructure project.
• 5 years of field-related construction experience.
• OSHA 30
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools is a plus( Smartsheets, Builder Trend, Procore, SiteDocs, and Autodesk) .
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in renewable energy construction, particularly solar farms.
• Knowledge of foundation systems, racking installation, electrical components, and interconnections.
• Familiarity with equipment such as pile drivers, cranes, and heavy machinery used in solar construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
