About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Resident Engineer to join our team in performing field inspections and administrative services for construction projects in Queens and Staten Island.
">

The ideal candidate must have a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture or better, and/or NYS Professional Engineer (PE) License, with a minimum of three (3) years of construction management experience in green infrastructure and work within the NYC boroughs.
">

Previous experience working on projects with scope complexity, budget, and time issues is required.
">

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
• Perform field inspections and administrative services for construction projects in Queens and Staten Island">
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, calculation books, meeting minutes, payments, cost analysis, change orders, overruns, directives, etc.">
• Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects">

Requirements:
">
">
• DEGREE IN ENGINEERING, ARCHITECTURE, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE OR BETTER AND/OR NYS PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (PE) LICENSE">
• MORE THAN THREE YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN THE NYC BOROUGHS">
• PRIOR NYC OR NYS PARKS EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS">

Compensation and Benefits:
">

$60.00-$75.00/Hourly Salary. Actual compensation will be dependent on the individual's qualifications, skills, experience, education, and physical work location.
