Construction Laborer

South Coast Solar is hiring a Construction Laborer in Metairie, LA. Candidates should have prior construction experience, preferably in solar installation, electrical, or roofing. The role requires physical mobility, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and work outdoors in direct sunlight. A valid driver's license is necessary, and the position involves full-time hours with a professional appearance for client interactions.
·Previous construction experience preferred; previous solar installation, electrical and/or roofing experience a plus

·Work a minimum of 40 hours per week

·Possess full range of mobility in upper and lower body

·Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods

·Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods

·Ability to work on rooftops and from ladders in a safe manner

·Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks

·Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday

·Have and maintain a valid driver’s license

·Professional appearance and client interaction
