• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with contractors, suppliers, and government bodies.">
• Assisting with dispute-resolution processes, including negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation.">
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the infrastructure industry and advising on compliance matters.">
• Supporting and providing legal advice on the implementation of alliance policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.">
• Collaborating with external legal counsel on complex legal matters and managing relationships with stakeholders and communications to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.">
• Participating in the development and execution of the alliance's strategic initiatives, providing legal insights and risk assessments.">

About You

• Admission as a solicitor or barrister in Australia.">
