This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Climate Change Policy Leader. You will be responsible for developing and implementing climate strategies to promote conservation and sustainability in Alaska.

About the Role
• Develop and implement climate strategies to promote conservation and sustainability in Alaska.
• Build strategic partnerships with public and private organizations to identify and resolve technical issues related to climate change.
• Lead climate projects and serve as a subject matter expert on climate change, climate resilience, and natural climate solutions.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7 years of experience in conservation or a related field.
• Fundraising experience, including identifying donor prospects and donor cultivation.
• Experience managing complex or multiple projects, including managing finances and coordinating the work of other professionals and partners.
