About the position
The Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Conservation Manager to lead and enhance our conservation and stewardship initiatives. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission to conserve agricultural land, wildlife habitats, and open spaces across Wyoming. The ideal candidate will be deeply passionate about conservation and will play a crucial role in managing conservation easement projects while also assisting in the stewardship of existing easements. As the Conservation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of various conservation programs, ensuring that they align with the land trust's goals and objectives. This position offers a unique blend of technical desk work and fieldwork, allowing you to engage directly with landowners and communities. You will work closely with a team of high-caliber professionals, providing support and guidance to landowners as they pursue their long-term conservation goals. Responsibilities
• Manage conservation easement projects from inception to completion.

Requirements
