Description
Idaho Conservation Corps (ICC) is seeking Crew Leaders to manage and supervise conservation crews of four young adults, ages 19 and up, during an 8-week session that focuses on hands-on conservation projects. Crew leaders will engage in project work Monday through Friday, while weekends will be dedicated to resupply and recreational activities. This role involves not only teaching participants how to navigate challenging environments but also providing an impactful educational experience that can serve as a gateway to careers in natural resource management, youth development, and outdoor education.

Qualifications
• At least 21 years old.
• Current Wilderness First Aid (or higher) and CPR certification.
• Clean driving record for the past three years (Drivers License Background Check required).
• Recreational/professional outdoor experience.
