The Crew Leader position involves managing and supervising conservation crews of four young adults, ages 19 and up, over the course of an 8-week session. Crew leaders will conduct project work primarily Monday through Friday and engage in resupply and recreational activities over the weekends. The role requires a balance of leadership, mentorship, and hands-on project management, ensuring a structured camp experience and facilitating group meals and outdoor education curriculum.

Qualifications
• At least 21 years old

• Willingness to frequently drive an ICC vehicle

Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
