Compliance and Sustainability Manager

Envirocycle Philippines Inc is seeking a Compliance and Sustainability Manager to ensure compliance with laws and lead sustainability initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5-10+ years of experience in compliance or sustainability, and knowledge of various regulations and certifications. Key responsibilities include managing compliance records and audits while fostering stakeholder relationships. This is a full-time, in-person position.
The Compliance & Sustainability Manager is responsible for ensuring the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and ethical practices while leading environmental and social sustainability initiatives. This role integrates compliance, accreditation, ITAD governance, environmental stewardship, and business enablement to support growth, operational excellence, and industry leadership.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, Law, or related field
• Master’s degree (preferred)

Experience
• 5–10+ years in compliance, sustainability, or environmental management
• Experience in ITAD, waste management, or circular economy preferred
• Proven track record in certifications (ISO 14001, R2, e-Stewards, EPR)
• Strong working knowledge of:
• DENR / EMB regulations
• EPR Law (RA 11898)
• Data Privacy Act of 2012
• Experience handling permits, audits, and compliance documentation
• Trained and/ or with hands-on experience in: ISO audits (14001, 45001, or 27001) and Internal or external audits
• Familiarity with certification processes
• Preferably with trained/ certified with ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/ ISO Internal Auditor (minimum)
• Experience managing:
• Compliance records
• Audit documentation
• Traceability systems
• Experience dealing with:
• Government agencies (DENR, EMB)
• External auditors
• Clients during audits
