The Opportunity

Our experienced sales leaders make $2500 - $5000 per week. They spend their time canvassing local neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm. Qualified candidates will receive:
• A comprehensive training program

• Order processing, tracking, and reporting
• Uncapped commissions, aggressive bonus structure, and weekly pay
• Marketing support

Requirements

We’re looking for the best D2D (Door-to-Door) player coaches to continue our incredible growth and help us launch new offices and markets. Top candidates will have a proven track record, be motivated by uncapped earning potential, and be seeking high-growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the residential sales team to drive community solar sales initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address their energy needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.

Benefits

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000
• A successful manager will earn more than $250,000 per year
