Requirements
Our team members and make $2000 - $2500 per week canvassing neighborhoods, talking to residents about free community solar programs, and helping them join a local solar farm. Your daily responsibilities include:
• Educate people about the benefits of community solar.
• Help customers join a local solar farm.
• Understand community solar programs and the enrollment process
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Plan, forecast and reach weekly enrollment goals

Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers to promote and sell community solar solutions, utilizing strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including door-to-door outreach and marketing efforts, to generate leads.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales progress and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Provide technical information and support to customers, ensuring a clear understanding of solar energy benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance community awareness of solar energy options.
Benefits
Compensation: $100,000 - $175,000 annually
• A successful sales leader will earn more than $150,000 per year!
