Key Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing website maintenance, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting official correspondence and reports. They should also be proficient in designing data visualizations, creating maps, and managing e-learning platforms. Additional responsibilities include producing digital content, promotional materials, and multimedia resources to highlight the institute's work and impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess a Master's degree in environmental science, cartography, graphic design, remote sensing, GIS, geography, data sciences, teaching, education, journalism, communications, computer science, or related fields. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in digital communications and content creation is required. Skilled in designing data visualizations, creating maps, and managing e-learning platforms, the ideal candidate should have proficiency in data analysis, graphic design, and content management tools such as MS Office Suite, WordPress or Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite, ArcGIS or QGIS.
