About the position
The Communications Associate at CPC Climate Capital will support the communications and marketing initiatives of the organization, ensuring brand and messaging consistency. This role involves creating communication materials, assisting with strategic planning, and executing various marketing activities to enhance CPC Climate Capital's reputation as a leader in multifamily housing decarbonization. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners to promote the organization's mission and impact.
Responsibilities
• Support communications and marketing initiatives for CPC Climate Capital.

• Lead content creation for digital channels including social media, email, and website.

• Assist senior staff with drafting external communications and creating supporting materials.

• Collaborate with staff and vendors to update promotional collateral.
,
• Liaise with partners to ensure message alignment and cross-promotion.

• Help produce the annual Impact Report, developing concepts and content.

• Assist with event coordination for conferences and project announcements.
,
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience in communications or marketing, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication across teams.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience or knowledge of multifamily housing or real estate lending.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Prior experience managing social networks through Hootsuite.

• Knowledge of WordPress web management system.
